Personal data collected through this website is processed for the purposes of enabling the website to function, and responding to the questions and requests you submit through our web and contact forms — including requests for a quote or information about our data controller representative and VERBIS registration services.
The data collected through our quote and contact forms typically includes your name, company, work email address, country, and the content of your message. In addition, certain data may be collected and processed through cookies on the website; please see our Cookie Policy for details.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the principles of being lawful and fair; accurate and, where necessary, up to date; processed for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes; and being relevant, limited, and proportionate to those purposes, and retained only for the period required by law or by the purpose of processing.
3. To whom and for what purpose data may be transferred
Data collected through our website and forms may be processed and stored, with appropriate security measures in place, on servers or in other electronic environments located inside or outside Turkey, and may be shared with our data processors (for example, our website hosting and analytics service providers) solely for the purposes set out in Section 2. Where personal data is transferred abroad, the transfer is carried out in accordance with the cross-border transfer requirements of the KVKK.

5. Your rights as a data subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed;
- request information if your personal data has been processed;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose;
- know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, in Turkey or abroad;
- request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and request that this be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred;
- request the erasure or destruction of your personal data where the reasons for processing no longer exist, and request that this be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred;
- object to a result arising against you due to the analysis of your data exclusively by automated means;
- claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing of your personal data.
6. How to exercise your rights
Pursuant to Article 13(1) of the KVKK, you may submit requests relating to the rights above in writing to the Data Controller — in person with identity verification, through a notary, via registered electronic mail (KEP), or via an email address previously notified to and registered with the Data Controller. We will conclude your request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, free of charge. If the Personal Data Protection Board establishes a fee, the applicable fee may be charged. Our responses will be provided to you in writing or by electronic means.
The Data Controller reserves the right to amend this privacy notice in line with any changes to the KVKK and any decisions or methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
